Terms and Conditions

 

The promoter of this Promotion is Premier Rugby Ltd7th Floor, Regal House, 70 London Road, Twickenham, Middlesex, TW1 3QS (the “Promoter”).

 

No purchase is necessary to enter this Promotion.

 

The Promotion is only open to United Kingdom residents over the age of 18 who complete and submit the entry form and have completed the survey questions on the above link

 

The Promotion is not open to anyone connected with the Promotion.

 

The prize is one pair of tickets to the London Double Header 2017 and a child mascot place. Only one entry per person will be accepted and no entries on behalf of another party shall be accepted.

 

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within the entry form received prior to the Closing Date (the “Winners”).

 

The closing date will be 11:59pm on 28th August. Entries received after this date will not be processed.

 

The Winners will be contacted by email.  If you cannot attend, the Promoter will select another applicant to use the tickets.

 

The Promoter may ask the Winners to provide proof of age and/or country of residence.

 

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, not for resale and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs not associated with the Prize (e.g. travel expenses, merchandise, meals, beverages, transfers or taxis), which are not expressly stated to be included within the Prize.

 

The Promoter reserves the right to modify or substitute the Prize with a prize of equivalent or higher value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

 

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

 

Subject to the above, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the Prize.

 

The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control (such as weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities etc).

 

No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery/being sent shall not constitute proof of receipt.

 

The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence relating to its decision.
