THE LEGACY OF PREM RUGBY’S HITZ PROGRAMME

HITZ has changed lives by opening doors for young people who didn’t think opportunity was for them. It’s done that with compassion, respect, and belief in their potential. HITZ has supported more than 25,000 young people, giving them qualifications, work experience, and the confidence to move forward in life. Now, after 16 years, HITZ has grown up and enters this new chapter. PREM Rugby clubs and foundations will take it deeper into local communities - making it more relevant, more responsive, and just as life-changing. This isn’t the end, it’s the next step in a legacy that will continue to build futures, create hope, and transform lives through the power of rugby.
