Worcester suffered their heaviest defeat in Europe for seven years to end any hope of progressing in the Amlin Challenge Cup.
The Warriors had the chance to qualify for the quarter-finals with a win but were over-powered by a star-studded Stade team. Paul Warwick, Sergio Parisse and Morgan Turinui set the Parisiens on course for top spot in Pool One.
Andy Goode struck back for Worcester in the second half with a solo score but former England wing Paul Sackey and ex-All Black Byron Kelleher completed the demolition late on at Stade Charlety.
Goode handed Worcester an ideal start with a fifth-minute penalty but Stade responded within two minutes as Warwick finished a break by Julien Dupuy.
Italian captain Parisse then followed before Wallaby Turinui claimed a third try, all converted by Jules Plisson, for a 21-3 lead at half-time.
Goode claimed a solo score in the 50th minute but Sackey and Kelleher saw Stade claim the top ranking for the quarter-finals.
