Same again For Sale Sharks to face Worcester Warriors

Sale Sharks have named their side to take on Worcester Warriors on Friday night at the AJ Bell Stadium (kick off 7.45pm), live on BT Sport.

Steve Diamond has opted to stick with the same match day 23, which recorded a losing bonus point at Sandy Park against Exeter Chiefs in Round 18 of the Aviva Premiership.

Ross Harrison will be making his 150th Sharks Appearance, at the age of 24. Harrison made his debut for the club back in 2012 against La Vila, and has become to become a regular in the side over the last five years.

Ahead of the game, Diamond said: “The message I’ve given the squad is that we need to end a disappointing season on a high. We’ve got two home and two away games left, and we should be able to get 10-12 points from them, if we carry on in the same vein of form after Christmas, except for the blip against Northampton. We need to perform, starting on Friday night against Worcester.”
