Saints announce squad for Singha Premiership Rugby 7s

Coach Mark Hopley says the Saints are looking forward to getting their 2015/16 up and running at Friday’s Singha Premiership Rugby 7s leg at the Ricoh Arena.

Sam Olver will captain the side in Coventry, with Academy coach Hopley taking the reins on the touchline for games against Harlequins, Saracens and hosts Wasps.

"We’re really looking forward to it," he commented. "The lads have put in a lot of hard work over the summer and are now eager to get out on the pitch for the first time this season.

"The Premiership Rugby 7s has proved a fantastic experience for some of our promising young players in the past and we’re sure it will be the same again on Friday."
