Harlequins has announced the squad to play Edinburgh Rugby at BT Sport Murrayfield Stadium in Round 2 of the European Rugby Challenge Cup, kick-off 15:15 (live on BT Sport).

There are four changes to the starting team that beat Stade Francais last week. In the forwards, Kyle Sinckler returns to start at tighthead, with Sam Twomey named in the second row.

Twomey replaces George Merrick who sustained a neck injury last week. The lock is expected to be out for six weeks.

Nick Evans returns at fly-half, with Charlie Walker starting on the wing.

Danny Care and Mark Lambert are named among the replacements having recovered from a rib injury and concussion respectively.

Speaking ahead of the fixture, Harlequins Director of Rugby, John Kingston said: “We are well aware of the tough challenge that Edinburgh will present at BT Sport Murrayfield.

“That said, we had an excellent start to our European campaign last week at home to Stade and are now very keen to back that up this weekend in a competition which we hold in very high regard.”
