Gloucester Rugby make three changes for visit of Wasps

Gareth Evans is back from injury, while Mark Atkinson and Nick Wood step up from the replacements bench as Gloucester Rugby make three changes to their starting line-up to take on Wasps at Kingsholm on Sunday (kick off 2:30pm).

Evans, who recently signed a new contract to remain at Kingsholm, returns after missing the Bath game last weekend and starts at number eight.

Wood, who recently passed the 250 competitive appearance mark for Gloucester, has had two replacement outings since recovering from a virus and makes his first start since mid November.

In the only other change, Atkinson replaces Henry Purdy in the Gloucester midfield.

Gloucester Rugby:
Steve McColl; Charlie Sharples, Mark Atkinson, Billy Twelvetrees (capt), Jonny May; James Hook, Greig Laidlaw; Nick Wood, Richard Hibbard, John Afoa; Tom Savage, Tom Palmer; Sione Kalamafoni, Matt Kvesic, Gareth Evans

Replacements:
