Fan Village returns for Aviva Premiership Rugby Final 2017

All the fun of the Fan Village is back once again for the Aviva Premiership Rugby Final 2017, and it’s bigger and better than ever.

Supporters will be able to mix and enjoy a drink or two among friends at Twickenham Stadium from 11am, soaking up the atmosphere on a momentous day.

And rugby lovers can look forward to an abundance of sporting entertainment, according to Premiership Rugby’s Marketing Manager Lynsey Houston.

“We are expecting up to 10,000 fans to make their way to the Fan Village throughout the day in what promises to be an action-packed occasion,” she said.

“This will be the biggest and best Fan Village yet – we have a number of great experiences for rugby fans of all ages to come and enjoy.”

The fun begins at 11am where the Village will host fans before kick-off.

The BT Sport stage will provide the main focus, with the BT Sport team being joined by a number of famous faces to reflect on the success of the Aviva Premiership Rugby season.

Fans will also be able to test their driving ability on the famous Silverstone circuit in our race driving simulator, as well as testing their reflexes in the interactive game zone. Younger fans will also have the chance to show off their rugby skills on our pop-up rugby pitch alongside a showcase of some of Aviva Premiership Rugby’s award-winning community projects.

“Players from the finalist clubs will join us on the pop-up pitch to give out some tips to fans,” Houston added.

Elsewhere Land Rover, the official vehicle partner of Premiership Rugby, are bringing their unique fleet of remote control cars to be put to the test across a number of challenging terrains and obstacles.

And Fans will struggle to miss the Land Rover Terrapod, where you could be lucky enough to experience the latest Land Rover models being taken through their paces.

Land Rover owners will also be entertained in their own exclusive area to soak up the pre-match atmosphere with free burgers and soft drinks.

“We have been planning for this for months, and the end result is going to be a fantastic place for supporters to make the most of their day. The Fan Village gives supporters more than just the 80 minutes; there will be a lot going on to help everyone enjoy the day out.”

Tickets to the Aviva Premiership Rugby Final on 27 May at Twickenham are now on sale. If you want to have an unforgettable day out at club rugby’s best Cup Final then click here for tickets.
