Aviva Premiership Rugby Live on BT Sport

With four rounds until the Aviva Premiership Rugby semi-finals, BT Sport 1 is the place to watch three cracking encounters this weekend.

Friday night sees Bath Rugby v Saracens live on BT Sport from 7pm, for the 7.45pm kick off.

Bath have won their last two home games against London Irish and Newcastle Falcons but have yet to win three in a row at the Rec this season.

Saracens returned to the top of the Aviva Premiership Rugby table with victory over Exeter Chiefs last weekend, and their only two away defeats this season have been at Harlequins on 9 January and at Leicester Tigers on 20 March.

Saturday’s big game is Leicester Tigers v Gloucester Rugby with coverage from 3pm on BT Sport 1.

Leicester Tigers go into the game with an enviable home record – their only defeat at Welford Road in their last 18 Aviva Premiership Rugby matches was to Sale Sharks on 6 February.

Gloucester Rugby’s recent record is three successive defeats but the Cherry & Whites have not lost four in a row in Aviva Premiership Rugby since November 2013.

Sunday sees Wasps v Northampton Saints, 3th v 4th, as Wasps host their ‘Stinger’ game.

Wasps have earned maximum points from each of their last three Aviva Premiership Rugby matches and have not lost at the Ricoh Arena in any tournament in 2016.

Northampton Saints’ are also in great form – their only loss in the last five rounds of Aviva Premiership Rugby was at Exeter on 20 March.

Wasps beat Northampton 24-11 at Franklin’s Gardens in round 10 but have not achieved a season’s Aviva Premiership Rugby double over the East Midlanders since the 2004-05 season.
