Move Like A Pro is a 12 week programme designed by our professional rugby coaches for people who aren’t currently particularly active. Designed for men over 35 who are classified as overweight, MLAP offers both classroom and activity based health interventions, including those related to levels of physical activity, diet changes, social connectedness and mental wellbeing.
The programme uses the sport we love to get our core fanbase inspired and on track to getting in shape.
