Where do I download / update the Premiership Rugby App?

What is mobile ticketing?

Our mobile ticket replaces the need for a paper ticket or print at home ticket to enter Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 18th June. It can be displayed on your smartphone using the Premiership Rugby app, available from both the App Store for iPhone or Google Play for Android.

Your mobile ticket will allow you to enter the event with a quick scan of your ticket on your mobile device through the Premiership Rugby app, as well as giving you the ability to manage your tickets digitally. Tickets can also be transferred via the app and everyone attending can enter through the turnstiles when they arrive.

Our mobile tickets are fan friendly and secure. Fans can manage their tickets through the app and remain assured that all tickets within the Premiership Rugby app are authentic and secure.

I have changed my mobile phone since I purchased the tickets, what do I do?

New Mobile Phone

  • For a step-by-step guide on how to access your mobile tickets, please see our Ticketing FAQs.

New Mobile Number

Can I use multiple mobile tickets on one smart phone?

Scanning the QR code at the turnstiles

  • When you login to your account, you will see all the tickets purchased in your ticket wallet. We strongly suggest sharing tickets with your friends/family before the day of the match using the share function on the tickets themselves. This means you won’t have to all try and enter the stadium with the same phone and you don’t have to wait at the gate for any late arrivals to get in. Please make sure you share your tickets and they have been redeemed by the other person before the day of the game to avoid any issues with poor internet connection.
  • If you need to add tickets purchased from a different email address to the same smart phone, you can add another account and look for tickets for that account. Simply click on the Settings button in the Ticket Wallet and follow the instructions after selecting ‘Find my tickets’. We do however suggest all fans have their own tickets on their own device wherever possible.

Limits on the multiple mobile tickets

  • There is not a limit on how many tickets you can hold in your app, although you may be restricted on how many you can purchase.
  • We recommend that a large quantity of tickets is shared between devices to avoid potential lagging within the app.
  • All adults must have their own mobile ticket on their smart phone, unless a member of the party requires assistance due to disability. Children do not have to have their own mobile ticket but must enter with a parent or guardian.

Can I recall a transferred ticket?

Accidental transfer to the wrong contact

  • Mobile tickets cannot be recalled via the Premiership Rugby App. You will need to ask your friend/guest to transfer the mobile ticket(s) back to you.
  • If a ticket has been successfully shared and redeemed it cannot be recalled.
  • If you have accidentally sent someone a code to redeem a ticket but they are yet to redeem it, simply ask them not to and it will expire after 24 hours

Accidental transfer of the wrong ticket(s)

Mobile tickets cannot be recalled via the Premiership Rugby App. You will need to ask your friend/guest to transfer the mobile ticket(s) back to you and then transfer the correct ticket(s).

Cannot reach my friend/guest

  • We strongly advise the transfer of tickets prior to Saturday 18th June – to avoid any issues with connectivity around the stadium.
  • If you are unable to contact your friend/guest, please contact us here or come to the Ticket Office on event day. The Ticket Office is located at the South East corner of the stadium.
  • The ticket office will be open from 11am on Saturday 18th
  • You will be asked to show ID and be able to provide your mobile phone number.

Can I screenshot a ticket and pass it on?

  • Screenshots of tickets will not be valid for entry – the original ticket must be shared via the Premiership Rugby App.
  • Screenshotting of mobile tickets is traceable and could invalidate your ticket.
  • Premiership Rugby will contact you if there is reason to invalid the ticket.
  • Users who screenshot mobile tickets may find their tickets are subject to further investigation by Twickenham Stadium and access may be removed if suspicious activity is identified.
