England squad update ahead of France clash

England men’s head coach Eddie Jones has called up 35 players today to begin preparations for their second Guinness Six Nations match against France on Sunday.

Maro Itoje suffered a knee ligament injury during the Ireland game, which saw England triumph 32-20 against the defending champions in Dublin.

The Saracens lock is expected to be available towards the end of the tournament, but Saracens teammate Nick Isiekwe has been named in Itoje’s place.
