The first round of European rugby fixtures is nearly upon us with some huge clashes in the offing.

Wasps start their European Rugby Champions Cup campaign away against holders Leinster on Friday night as Dai Youngs men look to start their European adventures with a bang.

Meanwhile Bath Rugby host Toulouse on Saturday, while Gallagher Premiership Rugby high flyers Exeter Chiefs play Munster Rugby at Sandy Park.

Leicester Tigers face a tricky trip to Ulster Rugby at 5.30pm on Saturday, while Gloucester host Castres Olympique on Sunday.

Newcastle Falcons will play their first European Champions Cup match in 14 years when they visit three-times champions Toulon, while double winners Saracens take on Glasgow Warriors.

Elsewhere in the European Rugby Challenge Cup Sale will travel to Perpignan, Northampton Saints take on ASM Clermont Auvergne, Harlequins tackle Agen, Bristol Bears play Zebre and Worcester Warriors travel to Stade Francais Paris.
