Exeter are in their fourth straight Anglo-Welsh Cup Final, although they have lost the previous two, after a narrow win against Newcastle Falcons on Sunday – joining Bath, who beat Northampton Saints on Friday night.

In tough conditions, Bath needed to use all of their big-game experience to get through – with Levi Douglas scoring the only try in the first half.
Menawhile, Exeter came from behind to book their place at Kingsholm, with Joe Simmonds scoring in the second half to help beat the Falcons.
Joel Hodgson had a chance to level the scores but his penalty fell just short, sending 2014 Champions Exeter through to the Final.
