Ireland scrum-half Guy Easterby has been named on the bench for the clash, as the Titans continue to hunt for their first points of the 2003 Premiership.
Rotherham are hoping to build on an improved performance against Leicester last weekend, but they will have their work cut out for them with hosts ,Saracens, welcoming back England World Cup heroes flanker Richard Hill and scrum-half Kyran Bracken.
"The whole club is delighted that Guy is back on board. Apart from being a top-class player, he also contributes enormously off the field and is a very popular as well as much respected character here," said coaching consultant Steph Nel.
"It is another sign on how determined we are as a club to turn this season around."
