Coach John Connolly has made one change only to the starting line-up that beat Northampton last week in the Powergen Cup, with Scotland winger Simon Danielli coming in for Jamie Williams, who is out with a bruised hip, on the left-wing.
Connolly was expecting strong opposition in Quins and singled out their back row for special praise.
"At their best, Quins are an extremely dangerous side. They were outstanding against Northampton Saints in the Premiership and their back row of Vos, Sanderson and Diprose is one of the best around, whilst Paul Burke is an exceptional kicker."
The Bath coach added that the Rugby World Cup Final between England and Australia to be played on Saturday would not affect the team's preparation for their game.
"We will be meeting whilst the game is on," he said.
"Our focus is on the game against Quins and I think that there is a danger that as a player you can become too emotionally involved in games like the Final."
