NEC Harlequins name team for Leeds Tykes

A Gallagher Premiership Rugby ball

NEC Harlequins have had to make two late changes to their team selected to play Leeds this evening.

Mike Worsley is suffering from a virus and has been confined to bed for the next 48 hours, and Ace Tiatia has re-injured his calf in the final training session having trained without any discomfort all week. Ceri Jones will move up from the bench and start at loose head prop, and James Hayter will start at hooker. Matt Moore and Cameron Dott have both received late call ups to the bench.

"We are delighted to have a number of players back from injury this week," said NEC Harlequins Chief Executive Mark Evans.

"It certainly gave me plenty to think about in terms of selection for our game against Leeds on Friday evening. With both George (Harder) and Tani (Fuga) also due back soon, we are confident that we can put behind us our two losses against Gloucester and Sale. We need to put in a big performance against Leeds, who are a very good side, but the attitude of everyone involved with the team over the last two weeks has been first class. We have a good squad, and I am confident that we will get back to performing well on the pitch very soon."
