McRae on Gloucester’s trip to the Northampton Saints

Gloucester Rugby Club's Duncan McRae is ready for a fierce physical encounter when the Cherry and Whites travel to Northampton on Saturday.

The Zurich Premiership clash sees second place take on third place and promises to be a real classic.

Commenting on www.gloucesterrugbyclub.com, McRae said: "I've seen some of Northampton's games this week and they are a physical side, but we need to look at ourselves and focus on our game."

McRae was still to make his Gloucester debut when the Cherry and Whites defeated the Saints 37-31 in a pre-season warm-up at Franklin's Garden in the first week of September.

"I know a few of the Northampton players from our Super 12 days, but Saturday is the start of a big week for us, with the following Saturday seeing us play Bath at Kingsholm," added McRae.

There are a limited number of tickets available for Gloucester's massive West Country clash against Bath on Saturday 8 November at Kingsholm.

The Cherry and Whites are urging supporters to purchase tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Tickets can be purchased from www.gloucesterrugbyclub.com, the ticket hotline on 0871 871 8781 or from the stadium ticket office.
