Melville warns of ‘danger’ from Leeds

The Cherry and Whites have conceded just three points in their last two Zurich Premiership clashes, and director of rugby Nigel Melville is keen to see more of the same.

Commenting on www.gloucesterrugbyclub.com the former England scrum-half said: "If we can keep producing defensive displays like the last two, we'll certainly win a few more games."

At the same time Melville is also aware of the threat that a confident Leeds team pose to his Gloucester players this Saturday, the Tykes having won their last two Premiership fixtures against Saracens and Leicester Tigers.

"Leeds score a lot of tries, they've done particularly well in their last two games, so they'll be pretty buoyant coming into this weekend's game.

"You only have to look at their players to realise the danger. David Rees, who signed for them from Bristol in the summer, is an exceptional try scorer and then they have Dan Scarbrough, who has made it into the England set-up," added Melville.

Kick-off: Saturday, october 25, 15.00 GMT
