Back row forward Mark Connors, who started Saints' match against Rotherham Titans last weekend has been replaced by Mark Soden, while Mark Robinson will start at scrum-half rather than Johnny Howard, who takes Robinson's place on the bench.
Former internationals Nick Beal and Andrew Blowers have been named as co-captains for the match which sees third-placed Saints in a good position to consolidate their Premiership standing against the Exiles.
