Gloucester ready to bounce back

A Gallagher Premiership Rugby ball

The flanker's side lost out in Newcastle last Sunday and will be coming face to face with a Leicester Tigers team that also had disappointment last weekend.

"Last Sunday was a big disappointment and of course we’re hoping to bounce back," Boer told the club's official website.

"The Falcons played well and also got the luck of the bounce on a couple of occasions."

However, the South African blindside flanker is fully aware of the emotions a team has to manage throughout a Zurich Premiership campaign.

"This is what sport is all about. It’s about both sides, winning and losing, and as a player and a team you have to be able to deal with it all, and ensure you can focus for the next game," he said.

Boer, last year’s Zurich Rugby Player of the Year, said: "Leicester have had a similar start to us, but we always love to play them. They've got a good strong side, and Dean Richards' team will be looking for a big result as well after losing at home against Sale Sharks last weekend."

Tickets for Saturday’s clash are still available from the ticket hotline on 0871 871 8781, on-line at http://www.gloucesterrugbyclub.com or at the Kingsholm ticket office.

Kick-off: Saturday, 14.45 BST
