Unwanted French international Thomas Castaignède passed a fitness test on Friday, whilst England centre Ben Johnston returns to partner Kevin Sorrell in the midfield after recovering from the virus that saw him miss out on selection against the 'Cherry and Whites' last Saturday.
The only real change to the starting line-up sees James Parkes come in for Joe Ross at hooker – to make his first start for the club in two-and-half years.
Finally, on the bench, Johnny Marsters returns in place of Ben Broster as second row cover.
"We've pretty much stuck with an unchanged line up again," explained Kafer, "and the squad have worked hard on the areas that let us down last weekend.
"Unfortunately some of the squad that we wanted to begin utilise are not quite ready so we haven't been able to use the full depth of our squad, which we would have liked to this weekend, but on the same note it's good to have Thomas [Castaignède] in the starting line-up.
"As I've said before Harlequins are a very good side and are well worth their league position. They're very good at the set piece, an area that we were poor in last week, and we've got a lot to do to compete with them."
