Two changes for London Irish

A Gallagher Premiership Rugby ball

Greenstock comes in for Nils Mordt whilst also in the side is Barry Everitt at fly-half in place of Mark Mapletoft as London Irish take on former landlords, and unbeaten, Harlequins.
