Mark Lock comes into the side at No.8 for youngster James Haskell, with Leeds old boy Clarke stating: "I'm really looking forward to playing against my former club.
"Having spent two seasons at Leeds, it will be great to catch up with some of my former team-mates. However, I know once we’re on the field, it's going to be another classic London versus Yorkshire battle."
Wasps scrum-half and skipper Rob Howley added: "Leeds' rugby is strong at the moment, and with them knowing they came to High Wycombe last season and went away with a draw, will certainly spur them on. However, they have never beaten us, and as captain I intend to keep it that way.
"The loss against Harlequins last Saturday was very disappointing, especially as we dominated so much of the game. Wasps are perfectionists in getting things right and after a good training session this week, I can't see us making the same mistakes."
