Kafer was happy with the progress that his players made in their opening 20-25 win at Kingston Park and has resisted the urge to tinker with his starting line-up.
The only change is on the bench with Andy Kershaw replacing James Parkes who failed a late fitness test.
"We haven't changed the starting line up for this weekend's game because I think it's important that after a good win, we reward the players for a good performance." explained Rod Kafer.
"As far the game goes this weekend it goes without saying that playing Leicester is a tough test for anybody. As I've said before we're concentrating on improving our performance and this weekend is no different.
"I know the players are really looking forward to playing at home on Sunday and for a lot of them it will be the first time and they're excited about playing in front of a home crowd."
