Duffy starts for Quins

Irish fullback Gavin Duffy has fully recovered from an ankle injury and replaces Andy Dunne in the starting XV, while Dunne moves down to the bench.

In the second change Mel Deane moves in at centre meaning George Harder is able to move onto the right wing with Simon Keoqh dropping down to the bench.

"Our squad did well last Saturday against London Wasps, and it is good that we are able to bring both Mel Deane and Gavin Duffy back into the 22 for such an important game. We are expecting a very difficult game, and I am sure Rotherham will not disappoint us," said Harlequins Chief Executive Mark Evans.
