Gibson and Morris are named in the starting line-up alongside fellow off-season signings James Hamilton, Luke Abraham, Luke Myring and Yomi Akenyemi for what is sure to be a testing away fixture against last season's Heineken Cup Finalists.
"The main aim of these pre-season matches is to develop a cohesive approach with the youngsters gaining valuable experience," said Dean Richards, Leicester's Director of Rugby.
"We are more interested in the performance, not the result, and we haven't set ourselves any targets for these three friendlies. Its all about getting things right, but that doesn't have to necessarily include the result."
The match also sees New Zealand flanker Josh Kronfeld captaining the Tigers for the first time, the No.7 appointed as stand-in skipper until club captain Neil Back returns from England duty following the World Cup.
Leicester will play two more friendly fixtures before they kick-off their new Zurich Premiership campaign – against Cardiff Blues on August 22 and Sale Sharks a week later.
