Shoguns head coach Peter Thorburn has named a 24-man squad for the vital Zurich Premiership match, with Argentine prop Emiliano Bergamaschi the only addition.
Bergamaschi's countryman Felipe Contepomi will be hoping to continue his return to first team action after making his comeback against Wasps in the team's last Premiership outing.
Contepomi will be joined by Brendon Daniel, who scored his eighth Premiership try of the season against Wasps, in his first league outing since January after recovering from a broken thumb.
The Bristol club have three fixtures remaining, against Saracens on Tuesday, followed by Bath (May 4) and London Irish (May 10).
The Shoguns know that they need two wins from their last three matches and will be keen to return to their Premiership form from the end of 2002 that saw them unbeaten in the league from November 1 through to early January.
Commenting on the club's official website about their current position, Shoguns captain Garath Archer said: "It's very disappointing to be down here. Just after Christmas, we looked like we had a decent chance of getting into the top half of the table and qualifying for a place in Europe for next year."
