England Grand Slam hero Jason Leonard starts at tighthead prop in place of Jon Dawson, who is amongst the replacements. Tony Diprose comes into the back row at No.8 and Ace Tiatia will start at hooker in place of Tani Fuga, who is also on the bench.
"We are expecting a very tough game against Leeds Tykes," said Mark Evans, NEC Harlequins Chief Executive. "They are a fine side, who are very well organised and have not conceded many tries either at home or away this season.
"Both teams will be looking to gain the four points and secure a spot in the wild card play-offs, with Leeds still hoping to finish in the top three. I have no doubt it will be a fierce encounter."
An interesting name on the bench is that of England Sevens star Ugo Monye, who impressed in Hong Kong last weekend.
