On Saturday 15th August BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park will play host to the opening games in the Singha Premiership 7s series – the only competition this season where you will see the 12 Aviva Premiership Rugby clubs taking on the four Welsh Pro Rugby teams.  Twelve months before rugby returns to the Olympics in Rio, Premiership Rugby in partnership with Pro Rugby Wales continues to lead the way when it comes to club 7s rugby at a time when the game is firmly in the world spotlight.

It's the big opportunity ahead of the new rugby season & the chance to watch some of Wales' most exciting up and coming talent in action in a testing, fast-paced 7s format which will see  Welsh derby games running back-to-back.

4.10pm Newport Gwent Dragons v Ospreys
4.35pm Cardiff Blues v Scarlets
5.05pm Ospreys v Scarlets
5.30pm Newport Gwent Dragons v Cardiff Blues
