Cueto who toured with England during the Summer, has been suffering with a calf injury but is now fully fit and is ready to return. Lewis-Roberts, who played through the pain barrier at the end of last season and needed surgery to correct damage to his wrist and ankle, is also fully fit and returns to the squad.
