The 27-year-old is one of four changes from the side that played Edinburgh at Murrayfield last Friday (August 27), with new recruit Daniel Bowden making his first competitive start for the club since his summer move from Super 14 side Canterbury Crusaders.
The other changes see hooker David Paice and prop Faan Rautenbach return to an all international front row that also includes new club captain Clarke Dermody.
Speaking about the match, Booth said: "Everyone is really looking forward to getting the season underway at the Double Header on Saturday.
"I am really pleased with our pre-season preparations. We have trained hard and played well, but the real work starts now with our first real competitive test against Saracens."
