Harlequins are delighted to announce that Danny Care has extended his contract until the summer of 2013.
Capped 23 times for England, and now an established member of the Elite Player squad, Danny has been at Quins since being brought to the club from Leeds in 2006, as understudy to Andy Gomarsall. He staked his claim as the club's first choice scrum-half in 2007 and his rapid rise brought him his first senior England cap the following year when he came off the bench for Richard Wigglesworth in Auckland, during England's summer tour of New Zealand.

Danny has won national honours at every age group level and has also been an integral member of the England 7s squad. He is a huge asset to the club and a definite favourite with the Quins fans.

Danny said, "I am delighted to have re-signed for Quins; there is no other club I would rather play for. They have been amazing and have really helped to develop my career and make me the player I am. I'd like to thank the club and fans for all their support."

" I'm really looking forward to the new season and working hard, over the next three years, to put some more silverware in the cabinet ."
