ESPN will show 43 live Aviva Premiership Rugby matches this season and start their first season of Premiership Rugby coverage at Twickenham on Saturday 4th September for the London Double Header.
London Irish, Premiership finalists in 2009, will play last year's beaten finalists Saracens in the first match at 2pm, with London Wasps playing Harlequins in the second match at 4.30pm.
On Sunday, reigning champions Leicester Tigers start their Aviva Premiership Rugby campaign down the M1 at Franklin's Gardens and Sky Sports will make the East Midlands derby between Northampton Saints and Leicester Tigers the first of their 26 live Aviva Premiership Rugby matches. The match will kick-off at 3.00pm on Sunday 5th September.
Under the new television agreement, 69 Aviva Premiership Rugby matches will be shown live by ESPN and Sky Sports over the course of the 2010/11 season, double the number in previous seasons. Over the first seven rounds, 11 of the 12 Aviva Premiership Rugby clubs will be shown at home, with all clubs featured at least once.
Sky Sports are at The Twickenham Stoop in round two to cover Harlequins versus Northampton Saints, with ESPN showing Exeter Chiefs' match at Welford Road the same day and Saracens versus Sale Sharks on Sunday.
Other highlights include Leicester Tigers' visit to Adams Park in round three as the two most successful clubs of the professional era renew their rivalry, live on Sky Sports and the West Country derby between Bath Rugby and Gloucester Rugby at The Recreation Ground a week later on ESPN.
ESPN follow that match by showing Saracens versus Northampton Saints on Sunday 26th September from Vicarage Road, as the teams that finished third and second in the Premiership last season, meet in what has become a combative and compelling recent rivalry.
The first live match from Sandy Park will be in round six, when the Chiefs take on London Irish on Saturday 23rd October on Sky Sports. Round six also sees the first visit to Headingley Carnegie for the trans-Pennine encounter between Leeds Carnegie and Sale Sharks, as well as the meeting between Leicester Tigers and Bath Rugby from Welford Road, both on ESPN.
The Aviva Premiership Rugby fixture list is on www.premiershiprugby.com/fixtures and will be updated throughout the course of the season as further matches are selected for live television coverage. This is the best place to check the times of matches as it is updated by the official statistics provider, SFMS.
