Tickets for Wasps’ first game at the Ricoh Arena go on sale

Wasps have today announced that tickets for the club’s first game at the Ricoh Arena have gone on sale.

The club's first match at their new home will be their Aviva Premiership Rugby clash against London Irish on Sunday 21 December 2014.

Nick Eastwood, Wasps Chief Executive, said: "This is a hugely exciting moment for Wasps. We've worked hard to offer a range of ticket packages that we think are really good value. Everyone is welcome at the Ricoh Arena to come and watch top class Aviva Premiership and European Rugby Champions Cup rugby from just £15. We hope Wasps fans will enjoy their new, improved match day experience and those sports fans visiting for the first time will enjoy a friendly, welcoming match day atmosphere and superb range of food and beverage options.”     

James Haskell, Wasps club captain added: "I can sense there's a real buzz around the squad about playing our first game at our new home. We hope that Wasps fans and sports fans in the region come out in force and support this historic game for the club.”

A Half Season Ticket is also available to purchase in all price categories and will include all home fixtures at the Ricoh Arena starting with the Aviva Premiership clash against Sale Sharks on 4 January through to the end of the 2014-15 season.

Ticket package details are as follows:

  • Adult Price Ticket – Category One: £35
  • Adult Price Ticket – Category Two: £28
  • Adult Price Ticket – Category Three: £20
  • Adult Price Ticket – Category Four: £15
  • Family Ticket (i.e. 2 x Adults & 2 x 10 – 21 Years Old): £38
  • 10 – 21 Years Old (Category One, Two & Three): £10
  • 10 – 21 Years Old or Passport to Leisure (Category Four): £8
  • Under Ten Years Old: Free (if accompanied by a paying adult)  
  • Senior (60+ Years Old): Concession prices available in all categories
