Stop men dying too young – Join the movement this Movember

The current state of men’s health is in crisis. Too many men are dying too young; on average four years younger than women. For men this isn’t good news. We need to talk about it. We need to act.

The Movember Foundation has teamed up with Premiership Rugby to create Move Like A Pro, a programme to help fans get active and lead a healthier lifestyle. It has been a fantastic success, helping men make lasting lifestyle changes that will help them live happier, healthier, longer lives.

The Movember Foundation has also funded over 1,200 men’s health programmes around the world, focusing primarily on prostate cancer, testicular cancer & suicide prevention. None of this can happen without the incredible community of Mo Bros and Mo Sistas.

There are 3 ways to support the Movember Foundation. It’s not just about growing moustaches.

GROW a Mo, save a Bro
The moustache is the Movember Foundation’s ribbon for men’s health. Sign up to grow your moustache for 30 days on Movember.com and join the players in their mission to change the face of men’s health. Want to take your Mo to the next level? Why not dye your Mo in the team colours?

MOVE – get active for men’s health
Raise funds for men’s health while you do something good for your own health. Get active, set a challenge, organise a rugby tournament with your mates and collect donations for your efforts.

HOST an event
Throw or go to a Movember event. Events are a great way to have fun and raise funds for men’s health. Register to host your own event, or take a look at what’s on in your area on Movember.com.
