Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Live on TV

The Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series kicks off in Cardiff this Saturday and all of the action is live on BT Sport 1 and S4C from 3pm.

On a jam packed rugby super Saturday, the Welsh regions will be showing their speed and skill in the short form of the game as Cardiff Blues, Newport Gwent Dragons, Ospreys and Scarlets vie for a place in the Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series Final at the Twickenham Stoop on 28 August.
 
Last year's group stages saw 152 tries scored in 24 games and BT Sport 1 and S4C will be showing every moment of what's sure to be another blistering afternoon of 7s on Saturday. BT Sport's Sarra Elgan will be pitchside with Nick Mullins in the commentary box.  Welsh rugby legends Shane Williams and Rob Vickerman will be giving their thoughts as the games unfold.
 
The Singha Premiership Rugby 7s Series kicks off in Wales with the opening matches at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park with the four Welsh regions going head-to-head in an exciting afternoon of summer derbies. The Series will continue with all 12 Premiership Rugby clubs taking part in three groups at Gloucester Rugby on Thursday 20 August, at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on Friday 21 August and then Kingstone Park, Newcastle on Saturday 22 August. The top two teams from each group will go onto the Series Final at the Twickenham Stoop on Friday 28 August.
