Saints team news for 2015 opener

The second half of the Aviva Premiership campaign kicks off at Franklin’s Gardens on Friday night, and the Northampton Saints team has been named for the visit of Newcastle Falcons.

There is just one change to the starting line-up from that which began last Saturday’s win at Twickenham, with Phil Dowson swapping places with Tom Wood in the back row. Dowson also captains the team.

Meanwhile hooker Matti Williams and scrum-half Joel Hodgson come onto the bench.

Friday’s game kicks off at 7:45pm, with car parking available on Edgar Mobbs Way from 5pm. Food and drink outlets open in the Village at 5pm, with the main stadium opening at 6pm.

A very limited number of tickets remain available for the game; click here for full information and to book online, using Print@Home to beat the match day queues and save the admin fees.
