AHealey-BT-2301

Premiership Rugby can today confirm that Saracens annual trip to Wembley Stadium at the end of March has been selected for live television coverage on BT Sport.

Last season the match was watched by a new world record crowd for a club match, of 83,889, and Saracens are expecting another bumper attendance this time around, for the 3.15pm kick off.

This year the match comes in Round 18 of Aviva Premiership Rugby and is one of three games selected for live TV coverage on BT Sport that weekend.

The weekend kicks off on Friday 27 March with the Aviva Premiership Rugby champions, Northampton Saints, entertaining Wasps with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The Round 18 live TV action ends at the AJ Bell Stadium with Sale Sharks hosting Gloucester Rugby.

Two weeks later when Aviva Premiership Rugby returns, the first live match of the weekend sees Bath Rugby travel to Newcastle Falcons for a 7.45pm kick-off on Friday 10 April.

Saracens are again hosting the BT Sport live TV match on Saturday 11 April as Leicester Tigers make the trip to Allianz Park. The live action for that weekend concludes on Sunday when Northampton Saints travel to Exeter Chiefs for a 2pm kick-off.

Premiership Rugby can also confirm that the fixtures in the final round of Aviva Premiership Rugby on 16 May will all kick off at 3.30pm.
