Leiua and Masi return for Tigers clash

Alapati Leiua and Andrea Masi return from international duty to start against Leicester Tigers at Welford Road this Saturday, kick off 3pm.

The two returning internationals will also be joined by Tom Varndell, Guy Thompson, Ed Jackson and Kearnan Myall, who are all handed starting places.

Ashley Johnson, Nathan Hughes and Rob Miller all move to the bench, providing added firepower as replacements. James Cannon comes in for James Gaskell, who misses out through illness.

Ahead of the trip to Welford Road, Dai Young said, "On the back of last weekend's game at Sandy Park, we face another difficult away trip this Saturday at Welford Road, which provides a great opportunity to right some of the wrongs from that result last weekend. I am looking at us to produce a much better performance this Saturday, which reflects what we are capable of as a side.”

"We know that Leicester, who have had some of their senior players return to action in the last few weeks, will always provide a stern challenge, but we want to prove ourselves against the best sides in this league, and in Europe. Saturday gives us a chance to do that.”
