Leicester Tigers v Sale Sharks fixture change

Premiership Rugby can today confirm that the Aviva Premiership Rugby Round 16 fixture between Leicester Tigers and Sale Sharks will revert to a 3pm kick-off at Welford Road on Saturday, February 28.

This match had been moved to the preceding Friday evening due to a fixture clash with neighbours Leicester City. However, Leicester City’s game against Chelsea will now take place at a later date as their opponents are on cup duty that weekend.
As Tigers’ preference is to kick-off home games at 3pm on Saturday afternoons the decision has been taken to revert to the February 28 date.
This game will not be televised live.
Match tickets are available now from the Tigers ticket office at Welford Road, or by phoning the office on 0116 319 8888 (option 2). Or book online.

All issued tickets remain valid.
