Davies joins and Douglas extends stay at Bath Rugby

Welsh wing Harry Davies will join Bath Rugby next season, the Club are pleased to announce today.

The 6’5” player made a try-scoring debut for Cardiff Blues in November 2014 against Newcastle Falcons in the LV= Cup. Davies, 21, has also scored nine tries in 23 appearances for Welsh Premiership side Cardiff RFC.

Back row Levi Douglas, who joined from Oyonnax, has extended his contract with the Club for a further two years. Douglas has made three senior appearances since joining Bath last December, as well as becoming a regular in the Bath United pack.

Bath Rugby Academy will be saying farewell to two players at the end of the season, with hookers Dan Frost and Tom Woolstencroft both departing. In his time at the Academy, Frost has represented England U18, while Woolstencroft was part of the Club’s Aviva A League-winning side in 2014 – the same year he clinched the Junior World Championship title with England U20.
