Warriors are delighted to announce that scrum-half Luke Baldwin has signed a new contract to extend his stay at Sixways.
The 25-year-old has been in impressive form since returning from injury at the beginning of January and capped a fine month with tries in his first two starts for the Club against Zebre Rugby and La Rochelle in the European Challenge Cup.
Baldwin, who joined from Bristol Rugby last summer, featured in September’s clash with the Barbarians and has gone on to make five appearances since returning to the side.
Warriors Director of Rugby Dean Ryan said: "Luke has illustrated a real hunger to break into the team and we are delighted he has decided to sign a new contract.
"After missing the first part of the season he has made the most of his opportunities and has demonstrated the sort of attitude which fits in with the culture of this Club."
Baldwin, who also previously had spells with Saracens and Bedford Blues, added: "The start of this season was frustrating for me not being able to play, as I was itching to be amongst the action and compete for my place in the side.
"But it’s great to finally be back on the field and now I’m enjoying my rugby after having been given the opportunity.
"We have shown this season that we can match any team in the Premiership on our day and I’m confident this Club will continue to move in the right direction over the next few years."
