Aviva Premiership Rugby live on TV

The live TV Aviva Premiership Rugby action kicks off tonight with Harlequins welcoming Sale Sharks to the Twickenham Stoop for Friday night lights. Coverage on BT Sport 2 starts at 7pm with kick-off at 7.45pm.

Harlequins have only lost one of their last 12 games played at The Stoop: 0-39 to Saracens on 12 September. Sale Sharks have not won at the Twickenham Stoop in Premiership Rugby since May 2008, but were victorious at the venue in the LV= Cup last season.

Sunday sees a jam-packed double header with coverage from noon on BT Sport 2

Saracens v Northampton Saints, kicks off at 1pm.

The two clubs met on five occasions last season in all tournaments with Saracens only victory being 28-24 at Allianz Park in Aviva Premiership Rugby on 13 April 2014. Saints only victory on Saracens home soil in their last 12 visits since 2004 was in the Aviva Premiership Rugby semi-final at Allianz Park in 2013.

London Welsh v Leicester Tigers rounds off the weekend’s live TV games with kick-off at 3.15pm. London Welsh have lost all 11 games so far this season. Leicester Tigers have lost their
last two Aviva Premiership Rugby away matches but have not lost three in a row on the road in the competition since October 2010.
