Aviva Premiership Rugby Live on BT Sport

With eight Aviva Premiership Rugby rounds to go, BT Sport 1 will be broadcasting three crucial games live this weekend.

It all kicks off with Friday’s game from 7pm on BT Sport 1 featuring the teams in 10 th and 11th –  Newcastle Falcons v Worcester Warriors.

Newcastle Falcons’ last eight Aviva Premiership Rugby fixtures have all been won by the home side. Worcester Warriors won 28-20 when the two clubs met at Sixways in round 4 but have never managed to achieve a Premiership Rugby double over Falcons in the same season.

Saracens v Northampton Saints is Saturday’s live game with coverage from 3pm on BT Sport 1.

Saracens only home defeat in any tournament this season came when Wasps visited Allianz Park on 14 February. Northampton Saints are in good form, and their only defeat in their last four matches was by a single point at Newcastle in round 13 two weekends ago. Saracens were victorious 12-6 at Franklin’s Gardens in round 4 but have not achieved a season’s double over Saints since 2012-13.

Leicester Tigers v Exeter Chiefs rounds off the weekend of live TV action with BT Sport 1 coverage of this 4th v 2nd clash starting at 2pm on Sunday.

Leicester Tigers are protecting an impressive home record – their only Aviva Premiership Rugby defeat at Welford Road in the tournament since September 2014 came when Sale Sharks were the visitors in round 11.

Exeter Chiefs are the second best away team in Aviva Premiership Rugby after Saracens, picking up 22 league points on the road this season.
