Aviva Premiership Rugby Live on BT Sport


The 2015-16 Aviva Premiership Rugby season will come to a close for eight of the 12 clubs this weekend with all six matches kicking off at 3.30pm on Saturday 7 May. There are two cracking games live on BT Sport.

Harlequins v Exeter Chiefs is live on BT Sport 1.

With only two points separating the teams from fifth to seventh in the league table, Harlequins need a bonus point win to guarantee their place in the European Rugby Champions Cup next season.  They will also qualify – and give England seven clubs in the Champions Cup next season – if they win the European Rugby Challenge Cup Final on 13 May in Lyon.

Exeter Chiefs need four points to guarantee a home Aviva Premiership Rugby semi-final. Exeter have won their last three fixtures against Harlequins including coming out on top on their last two visits to The Stoop.

Gloucester Rugby v Northampton Saints sign off the season live on BT Sport 2.

Gloucester Rugby – who still have a chance of making next season’s Champions Cup –  have won their last two Aviva Premiership Rugby matches, at home to Exeter Chiefs and away at Sale Sharks, but have not won three on the bounce in the tournament since October 2012.

Northampton Saints need a win to secure European Rugby Champions Cup action next season. Saints have won their last four Aviva Premiership Rugby fixtures against Gloucester since the Cherry & Whites’ 26-24 win at Kingsholm in September 2013 but have won just once at Kingsholm since 2009.
