Micky Young comes in at scrum-half, with George Chuter and Harry Wells added to the forward pack after starting among the replacements in the bonus-point win over Wasps.
Geordan Murphy is named among the replacements on his recovery from a knee injury and there is a place in the squad for young flanker George Oliver and Academy second-rower Matt Hubbart.
