Every Guinness Premiership Club is once again taking tag rugby to hundreds of young aspiring rugby players across the country this season through the National Schools Rugby Programme.
Guinness Premiership community coaches work with primary school teachers and boys and girls aged 8-10. All children are taught the game of tag rugby, a non-contact version of the sport that teaches key rugby skills. The programme ensures that rugby balls and tag rugby sets are left at each participating school to ensure that they have the right equipment to go on and play the game for years to come.
