The Land Rover Premiership Rugby Cup is open to under 11 and under 12 rugby teams. Although the continuum allows for combined age groups where there are small numbers, only genuine under-11 and under-12 teams will be allowed into this competition. However consideration will be given to official RFU dispensation, where held Teams and Squad sizes Under 11s: The game will be played between teams of 12 players, five of whom will be forwards and form the scrum, with the remaining players forming the backs. Squads will consist of 20 players. Under 12s: The game will be played between teams of 13 players, six of whom will be forwards and form the scrum, with the remaining players forming the backs. Squads will consist of 20 players
