Only one entry per person per household will be accepted.

There will be a monthly winner drawn from November 2011 through to June 2012 inclusive. The closing date and time for each monthly draw of the Promotion is 11:59pm on the last day of each month. The Prize Draw will close on 30 June 2012 ("Closing Date"). Entries received after the closing date will not be processed.
The Winner will be selected at random ("the Winner") the day after the closing date of each monthly draw.
There shall only be one Winner per month. There will be 8 Winners in total.
The Winners will receive a year's paid for subscription to Sky World and the HD pack with standard installation and a Sky+HD box ("the Prize"). If you are a winner and have not subscribed to Sky digital before you will be required to sign three subscription contracts (one Sky digital, one Sky+ and one Sky+HD subscription contract for the minimum term of 12 months). After your 12 months' free viewing, standard subscription charges will apply. Unless you change your package you will pay the prevailing price for Sky World (currently £53 per month) and the HD Pack (currently £10.25 per month). Other Sky TV packages available (currently ranging from £20 - £53 per month). Sky+ subscription is free while you subscribe to Sky TV (otherwise currently £10.25 per month) and is required to use the Personal Video Recorder features of the Sky+HD box. Sky+HD requires Sky TV, a Sky+HD box and the HD Pack. The channels you receive with your HD Pack depend on your Sky TV package. Sky selects your equipment. You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. You will need Sky+HD professionally installed even if you already have a minidish. Extra costs apply for non-standard installation. You must keep your Sky+HD box connected to a fixed and operational telephone line for the minimum term of 12 months. If you need a minidish you are responsible for obtaining all consents required (e.g. landlord's) before installation. Sky Box Office Movies, Stand-alone Premium Channels and pay-per-view services and events are not included in the Prize and must be paid for separately. Prices, programmes/channels subject to change. Existing Sky digital customers will receive a free Sky World subscription, an upgrade to a Sky+ HD box and a free subscription to the HD Pack for 12 months. Multiroom is not included in the prize. Sky may refuse entry or withdraw the prize if you or anyone you authorise to deal with your entry acts in a way towards staff of Sky or the Promoter which Sky reasonably considers to be inappropriate. If you have a previous uncleared debt with Sky you will not be able to take up the prize until this debt has been fully cleared. Further terms and conditions apply
The Winner will be notified by email by the Promoter within 10 days of the closing date for the monthly draw for the Promotion. If the Winner does not respond to such email from the Promoter within 21 days of the time of notification, then the Winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to the email sent to them by the Promoter within 21 days of that email being sent to them or else they will also forfeit their prize). Sky will contact the winner to arrange installation of the winner's prize. Winners must redeem their prize within one year, failure to process your installation application within this time period could result in loss of prize. Sky will not be responsible for delay caused by third parties
Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties.
There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize is non refundable. Should the winner be unable to have a dish installed at their property they may transfer their prize to a family member or friend at the discretion of Sky. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and that are not specifically included in the Prize
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting the prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Promotion.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
The terms and conditions of any other third party supplier will also apply to the prize where applicable. If there is a conflict between third party terms and conditions and these terms and conditions, these shall take precedence.
No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
The decision of the Promoter is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence relating to its decision. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.
The name of the Winner for the Promotion will be available upon request for X weeks after the Winner has been notified by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to : Aviva Sky+HD package Prize Draw, Nick Gibbs, Aviva plc, Sienna 5, Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3NS
The name, county and photograph of the winners may be used by the Promoter and its associated companies for post-event publicity purposes. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration
With regards to data protection, in addition to the use specified above, the Promoter will use each winner's, and each entrant's, personal details for the purpose of administering this promotion
The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter or Sky staff which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.
This Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
Aviva is responsible for the first part of the Promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of British Sky Broadcasting Limited ("Sky")
